Luke Harris is our Founder and lead Finance & Mortgage Broker at Evolution Financial Services & Advisory. With an extensive international career throughout the Asia Pacific region, Luke has a unique understanding of expat lending and foreign resident lending. His experience ranges from small family-run businesses to large multinational corporations in the Hospitality, Retail, and Finance sectors.

Luke transitioned into banking and finance over eight years ago, starting his journey with Westpac, one of Australia's largest banks. He served as a Bank Manager for their Head Office branch in Melbourne and later as a Relationship Director of Premier Banking. His dedication to client service was recognised in 2019 when he was awarded the National Service Champion of the Year by Westpac.

Beyond his professional achievements, Luke Harris is deeply passionate about his community. He has mentored social start-up businesses and holds several leadership roles, including Chair of the City of Port Phillip Council Business Advisory Group and President of the Collins Street Precinct Group. Luke also sits on various community group boards, demonstrating his commitment to supporting and uplifting the community.
